    Mrs. Doling, along with her staff, were very helpful in getting my case filed. She explained the process and altho there is alot of paperwork involved, I appreciate all the assistance I was given by the staff. When it comes down to it, my old laptop was the biggest block in the road. I'm so happy with the job everyone did at the law firm.

    Up to the court date things went fairly well, a few communication issues. After the hearing I had a major issue I felt should have been resolved at the hearing. I reached out so many times, to more than one staff and got zero response or assistance. Ms. Doling responded to one email stating she was out of town and would be back in touch, she must be on one long vacation because I have never heard back and I even reached out again after her message. Felt like once the large amount of money was paid in full I wasn’t a priority and after court I was no longer a concern. I did get an argumentative email from Ms. Doling, but no help or concern about addressing my issues. Disappointed, but life goes on. I will be sure to I never need services like this again. This was a very difficult time in my life and its time to put it behind me, I would not recommend J. Doling.
