  I was 20 years old and got into a car accident, car was totaled, ended up having a back injury and hearing etc. I was a full time student starting school in 2 weeks, when i Called a couple places to see if the legal route was a better choice over WSIB as this was a work accident. Talked to a couple lawyers but knew Preszler was the right fit. What drew me to them was that they were very genuine and didn’t come off money hungry. Most places said that even if I lost my case I’d have to pay back my own money for all their time, this wasn’t the case with Preszler and I found them to be very personable and couldn’t have chosen a better legal team. Sean Tanha and his team fought hard for me during my recovery, offering support, medical assistance— they have a whole medical team they had working with me, I barely had to lift a finger just had to get myself to my appointments. It may have been a lot but it was worth it getting the care and concern I deserved, one that we don’t get in our current health system or with WSIB. They were always pretty easy to get in touch with, even if you don’t always speak with Sean directly his team is really knowledgeable on everything and does a great job at facilitating any concerns. Overall very happy with this service and as a young person in school and still working throughout all of this they really met me where I was at which is what I needed. Definitely recommend!!
