  Before being introduced to Klein and Wilson, my wife and I had hired a large national law firm to represent us but it became clear that our case was not a top priority for that well-respected large law firm. As part of due diligence to find a new firm to represent us, we interviewed about 10 different lawyers. We selected Mark Wilson due to his communication skills, suggested approach to our case, and reasonable fees relative to LA-based lawyers. After Mark and his team quickly got up to speed on our case, they were always several steps ahead of the defendant’s litigation team. This proactiveness significantly contributed to the defendant settling the case versus being outlawyered in the court room with a risk of fraud charges. Most of my life, I have been the one pushing others to complete tasks and exceed expectations; however, I was able to take a back seat with Mark and his team driving the freight train toward the defendant. This reduced my anxiety and allowed my energy to be focused on what Mark and his team needed from me to move the case forward. Mark’s decades of experience combined with an energy level of people half his age is a lethal combination to have on your side of the table. And on top of that, he is a great guy that made what is typically an unpleasant process much more bearable, and oddly enough, sometimes fun.

  Mark and Manoah helped us accomplish all of our objectives in the dispute they represented us on. We were dealing with an extremely uncooperative co-business owner and their counsel. Manoah had to marshal lawyers with Estate, Tax, Business, and accounting expertise to address our issues and ultimately reach a global resolution while facing hostile opposition. I would highly recommend Mark and his Team for Legal Malpractice and Business litigation and representation. They deliver on all counts including extensive research/vetting of the issues, responsiveness to client needs and follow-up, and importantly results!

  Mark Wilson and his firm successfully represented our company in a breach of contract dispute from the filing of the arbitration demand through the collection of the award. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the case and would recommend Mark's services to others. Joe Miceli, Melissa Reyes, and Manoah Marton performed substantial work on the case and I was similarly pleased with their work as well. I can't say enough about the firm's communication. If you take nothing else from this review, please understand that any time I had a question or concern, I could call or write and be met with a rapid response. While this may sound elementary, in my view it was as valuable as it was the cornerstone of our success. In our matter, we were matched against both a defendant that significantly outspent us and opposing counsel from renowned firms that outnumbered us at every hearing and at trial. Yet, it was evident that Klein & Wilson was more experienced and better prepared than our opponents, and ultimately that experience was instrumental in deciding the outcome. Accordingly, I feel confident that Klein & Wilson was the right choice.
