- AFAnne FisherApr 25, 20241.0Check you bills and ask for receipts. Roger is having staffing issues from what he complained about. What a mess. Had to hire another attorney to finish the job. Make sure you check your bill to the documents provided and if you ask what it’s billed for you get charged. Awful experience.

He's probably one of the better minds in law in CA and more importantly a great communicator you don't experience as often as you'd like in the legal world. I faced many challenges in my civil suit including multiple parties, several cross complaints, language barriers, to name a few all in the face of COVID. I knew it would be a grueling and lengthy process and am happy to say matters have been resolved in a manner exceeding expectations given the circumstances and environment so thank you again to Mr. Kennedy and the team at Buffington Law Firm for successful representation and resolution!
