  I have contracted this firm to handle a Domestic Violence Restraining Order evidentiary hearing that my ex-husband had filed against me as well as finishing the divorce I petitioned I filed against him. Lechelle Mercier and Andrew Gibaut have been professional, knowledgeable, and effectively communicative throughout my cases and so far the DVRO was denied entirely. I greatly appreciate Lechelle’s exceptional work and skills in court but more importantly the preparation, discernment, and how she maintained my dignity. The staff overall have also been great support and I will continue to refer others to this firm. I know all cases are unique and my divorce has been highly contentious to say the least. However, R.S.C. provided excellent advisement and the work put into negotiating a settlement as well as preparing for trial is what sets them apart from the other firms I had consulted prior.

  I regret hiring attorney Christian Wellisch from R.S.C. Law Group, Inc. What should have been a straightforward matter became unnecessarily complicated, prolonged, and expensive. Simple issues were turned into extended processes, generating additional motions, correspondence, and long billable hours without meaningful progress or improved outcomes. Communication was inconsistent and unreliable. Calls and emails often went unanswered, deadlines felt unclear, and I frequently had to follow up multiple times to get basic updates. For someone relying on professional guidance during a stressful legal situation, this lack of reliability was deeply concerning. The final result did not justify the cost, time, stress or added complexity. I strongly do not recommend attorney Wellisch if you want to avoid unnecessary stress and huge expenses.

  2 years ago Rory Coetzee helped my ex-wife and I with some legal issues regarding community property. He patiently listened to the both of us and drew up an order that he filed at the court. This order met both of our needs. We were on a short timeline and Mr. Coetzee made it a painless and quick process.

  I do not recommend working with them and specifically attorney Christian Wellisch. In my experience, the representation lacked professionalism, transparency, and clear communication. Important matters were not addressed properly, and I often felt pressured into decisions without a full understanding of the consequences. Billing practices were particularly concerning. Fees escalated quickly without clear justification, and responses frequently seemed tied to additional billing rather than progress on the case. I did not feel that my best interests were his primary priority. There were also instances where statements made to me later contradicted prior representations, which created confusion and eroded trust. When I raised concerns, they were dismissed rather than addressed constructively. Legal matters are stressful and require trust, clarity, and integrity. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those standards. I strongly encourage anyone considering Mr. Wellisch to ask detailed questions about strategy, billing structure, and communication expectations before retaining services.

  Very unprofessional service. Unfortunately, my case is being handled by a lawyer Christian Wellisch who is only interested in money. During the first week of his work, my retainer ran out and I had to replenish it. But there are no results, only promises. And in general, from the very beginning there were a lot of promises from Mr. Wellisch, but these promises were never fulfilled. I don't recommend this law firm and especially Mr. Wellisch.
