  Banner attorney group was amazing with my case. Linda was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect she knew what she was doing and what she was talking about. They look out for you and want the best for you in the end. If I or any of my family members were ever in an accident in the future I would 100% refer them to Banner Attorney.

  I was unsure and skeptical about the process at the very beginning. Brian was very kind and answered all of my questions and was reassuring. My case manager, Lynda, was amazing to work with. She kept me updated along the way. If ever I left her a voicemail, she was quick to return my call. I had a great experience with Banner Attorneys and I highly recommended them!

  No one expects to get into an accident and, much less, extremely injured especially when just stopped at a light. Being hit at rather high speed from behind and getting hurt in a multiple vehicle accident was so frightening. i was fortunate to be referred to Banner Attorneys by my brother, a practicing doctor in Florida. Mr. Brian Banner called me directly and promised that he would help with all the legal and insurance issues, and, most importantly, get me evaluated and treated for the pain I now found myself in. He also assigned me to Senior Case Manager Lynda Miranda. She is outstanding. Because I was involved in an interstate move at the time, she was able to get me the care I needed in both states. In fact, everything she said she would do, she did in a timely, efficient manner with a smile in her voice. She was always ready with any information I needed, directing who I needed to see for healthcare, and explained step-by-step what would come next. Within one year, my case was settled. I'm so impressed Ms. Miranda's knowledge, experience, helpfulness, and compassion as well as the other people I worked with at the Mission Viejo office. I hope never to be in another accident but, if I am, I will contact Banner Attorneys. This is a first-class, professional business that cares for their clients.   If all law firms were as professional and competent as Banner, then we wouldn't have as many lawyer jokes swirling about. Our auto accident case manager Lynda Miranda was spectacular from beginning to end. Lynda might be the sweetest woman on the phone but I wouldn't want to be on the other end of negotiations with her. Lynda advocated so strongly on our behalf that she secured the maximum settlement from the at-fault driver's insurance company. 5.0 stars is not enough to give this amazing company. Do not go with another firm!! Thank you so much--Delaila & Matt.

  Sam and Lynda were amazing made all the process crystal clear and simple for me to do from setting up the Chiropractor visits To getting the doctors appointments and went out of their way to search the actual crash site and investigated everything and fought hard to get me all they could. Endlessly grateful for their efforts! Tip my hat off to them and their great team! Thanks a million!
