The legal process is convoluted and daunting, and this team eased those concerns by guiding me each step of the way by explaining in detail every aspect of the case, and my options. They did the heavy lifting in a controversial whistleblower retaliation and discrimination case and represented me with the utmost respect and candor.   You will not find a better labor and workers rights attorney anywhere. Dustin is an absolute Pit Bull and will shred your employer if they have mistreated you to the point where legal action is warranted. He is a brilliant interrogator and will extract the truth from anyone who is unfortunate enough to be deposed or cross examined by him. My highest recommendation!

  Dustin Collier is not only an extremely knowledgeable and savvy employment law lawyer but he is also enthusiastic about his job. He sets up realistic expectations from the start and gives it all to deliver. Even though my legal matter was rather small, he never made me feel like it was not worthwhile and handled it in the most professional and thorough way, assuring the best outcome.
