  I retained mr.marquez for a family member. Based on my interactions with Mr marquez and his office staff, mr Marquez’s goal was to resolve the case by negotiating a release from jail and a realistic release plan. This was achieved. Mr marquez is a busy person and communication with him can be minimal to moderate but is more often when the court date nears. I would say the office staff tried to answer all of my questions but at times I wish I could just speak with mr marquez so as to reduce confusion with legal jargon in court documents. 3 times office staff we’re supposed to call me before close of business, but did not; I had to check in with them and received the guidance/direction I needed the following day. Overall, I would recommend mr marquez.

  I was a client of Mr. Marquez and the truth was that I had a good expectation of him and I thought that everything was confidential because they told me that it came specifically in a clause of the contract when one hires Mr. Marquez, but it is not like that. I realized that he lied already that after a few months later I had a court for a restraining order for my neighbor and it turned out that my neighbor hired him and he gave my personal information to my neighbor about the case that I had been around for some time and that made me fall very low on the part of this gentleman to give personal information that was very unethical on the part of the gentleman
