- ECEating and Reviewing with CrystalSep 18, 20252.0My daughter was 12 when she was brutally attacked by a student a hispanic student 4 times her size at los banos junior high school in 2021. videos were even done. my daughter was discriminated against being white, bullied and threatened. at that time the schools were just starting fights to get views and social media cover. noone came to help my daughter in that 5 min video. this lawsuit dragged out for 4yrs and we had some stuff that happened in our family and we moved. its not that we wasn't trying to keep in contact we had alot going on. the lawyer was always in alaska and the other party always delayed the law suit. I guess if my little girl that was 12 then was mexican she would of already had her lawsuit done with. this lawyer removed hisself after we explained serious issues with what went on in our family down to an accident, loss of home and loss of a baby. we moved 2000 miles away as well. I guess what happened to a white girl in that city is ok but if she was hispanic well it would of already been setttled right? because my daughter never got a thing now i have to redo the whole thing because they denied my appeals because she has to have a lawyer. This is negilgence.
