  I cannot say enough great things about Toni and her team. From the very beginning, she handled my case with such care, professionalism, and genuine compassion. It was a very serious and sensitive situation, and she made me feel heard, supported, and protected every step of the way. Toni never gave up. She truly listened to my needs and fought to make sure the outcome was in my best interest. What meant the most to me was how she kept me informed throughout the entire process - I never felt left in the dark or overwhelmed. She made everything feel manageable and took on the heavy lifting so I didn’t have to jump through hoops. Her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients are unmatched.   I highly recommend Toni Jaramilla and her team for anyone dealing with harassment, hostility, discrimination, or bias in a hostile work environment. I was able to get through a difficult and challenging situation due to Toni's representation, dedication, and expertise. She and her team are very communicative, which is so important, especially when stress levels and uncertainty are so high. I appreciate her so much and am really proud of how she stands up for employees' rights. I value being connected and working with good people , and Toni is definitely one of the best people I know.   Toni Jaramilla and her firm will be recommended to any friends and family members that I have. I had the opportunity to seek her legal services and representation for an employment legal matter , in which I was connected to her by Tess, who although was not in the same department, was able to help me find the tools and resources I needed, that should let you know the lengths they go to to make sure you’re being taken care of. During the legal process, Toni made sure I understood the process, what was going on, what to expect . The team's communication was always clear, concise, and if I had a question through text or email it would be promptly responded. Anytime I felt nervousness , Toni’s confidence would make me feel like we had nothing to worry about and she was prepared for every possibility, the piece of mind I received from having her represent me was great, as well as associate attorney Diem who also kept me informed, explained anything and everything I needed to know, clarified and was instrumental in making sure my time during these legal matters were not spent stressing. In the end Toni was able to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome, she was masterful in negotiating a settlement and making sure I was informed and okay every step of the way .
