  My experience with Morgan & Morgan has been deeply frustrating, and I want to share it so others can make an informed decision. My assigned case manager, A. Gutierrez-Perez, and trial partner, T. Ross, have been completely unresponsive throughout my case. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and sending several emails, I consistently received no reply. On 03/31/2026, I reached out with an urgent question regarding my active worker's compensation situation — no response. I followed up again on 04/01/2026 — still nothing. It was only after I escalated through Morgan & Morgan's client experience team that I finally heard back from T. Ross — and the response was that they could no longer represent me. That conversation happened on 04/06/2026. As of today, 04/30/2026, I have still not received the formal letter they said would be sent. Nearly a month of silence, no proactive communication, and an undelivered formal notice is simply unacceptable when someone is dealing with a serious worker's comp matter. To know that a decision had already been made not to represent me — yet allowing me to wait almost a week without any notice — is deeply unprofessional. That delay cost me valuable time I could have spent seeking counsel elsewhere. If you see A. Gutierrez-Perez or T. Ross assigned to your case, I strongly recommend requesting a reassignment immediately. One bright spot worth mentioning — Morgan & Morgan's client experience team was genuinely helpful and responsive in getting my concerns addressed. They are the only reason this review isn't worse. I hope the firm takes this feedback seriously and holds their legal staff to a higher standard of client communication.

  I just wanted to thank Nicole at Morgan & Morgan for being such a kind and sensitive and understanding person throughout the intake. I was having some communication problems and she was patient with me and really helped me understand some things that I was a bit confused about. Morgan & Morgan are lucky to have people like her on the team and I hope that she is commended for her efforts.

  It may seem like no one is on your side. You nay even feel like your not being looked after, or responded to. But not with Arianna, my paralegal. Since she's joined my case. I feel like everything is moving along. By answering my calls to her calling me for the information needed. I appreciate the Morgan & Morgan firm for understanding communication during the most vulnerable time in my life after the accident is essential, vital. They are fighting for me and my son. Injuries are no joke, they are even harder when you still have to try and make a living while in pain.

  I would not recommend for SSI/SSDI. They never call back and it is always hard to get a hold of some sort of case manager for your case. They change every week. Does not put in the work for you. Everything they obtained about my case, records, etc. I had to get myself and send to them. They only obtain medical records if the hospital/ Provider has an online portal. Anything else they make you do yourself especially if you have multiple providers and hospital stays. They didn’t help at all I got approved on my own basically but I had to pay them. SMH. I wish I never called or hired them!

  Very responsive to inquiries, very quick to deny representation. Do NOT waste your time! Decisions are based upon an inexperienced data entry clerk asking canned questions off a list & then feeding them into a software program which performs a standardized cursory review of your case by AI. Apparently, M&M uses a desktop software program which spits out a response within less than a minute. If you don't check the AI boxes, you are denied even speaking with an attorney. For the People, or For the Robots? The almighty greed of representing multi-million $$ catastrophic injury, class actions, big brand medical institutional malpractice cases, THAT's the motivating factor here, not the injured individual. Morgan & Morgan was referred by a highly regarded civil litigation attorney, who has since been advised to drop them off his referral list. M&M's advertising = EXTREMELY misleading!!! UPDATE TO YOUR ROBOTIC REPLY: Thank you for proving my point. You will find no compassion here at Morgan & Morgan! . A real attorney took my case 2 days ago, thankfully. Humans actually answer the phone there, listen to your story, &then let you speak with an attorney. Mine is a viable & highly valuable case! WARNING! You'll never get the opportunity to present your details to Morgan & Morgan. Total waste of time. Once again, you need to change the narrative on your website & stop wasting people's time by falsely advertising!!!
