- SJS JayApr 22, 20261.0Where do I start? My experience with this firm was extremely frustrating due to a consistent lack of communication. At the beginning, everything felt promising—almost like a “honeymoon phase.” I received a couple of follow-up calls asking about my satisfaction, but after that, the service quickly declined. My case was passed from one person to another multiple times, and every time I called for an update, no one seemed to know anything beyond telling me to “hold tight.” The initial representative assigned to my case was also difficult to work with. Our conversations became unproductive to the point where I had to ask to continue at a later time due to how the interaction was handled. After months of no meaningful updates, I eventually learned—only because I reached out myself—that someone else might be interested in taking my case. The lack of proactive communication was disappointing and confusing. Ultimately, deciding to step away from J&Y Law was the best decision I could have made. I only wish the experience had matched the expectations set at the beginning.
