  Toni Jaramilla and her firm will be recommended to any friends and family members that I have. I had the opportunity to seek her legal services and representation for an employment legal matter , in which I was connected to her by Tess, who although was not in the same department, was able to help me find the tools and resources I needed, that should let you know the lengths they go to to make sure you’re being taken care of. During the legal process, Toni made sure I understood the process, what was going on, what to expect . The team's communication was always clear, concise, and if I had a question through text or email it would be promptly responded. Anytime I felt nervousness , Toni’s confidence would make me feel like we had nothing to worry about and she was prepared for every possibility, the piece of mind I received from having her represent me was great, as well as associate attorney Diem who also kept me informed, explained anything and everything I needed to know, clarified and was instrumental in making sure my time during these legal matters were not spent stressing. In the end Toni was able to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome, she was masterful in negotiating a settlement and making sure I was informed and okay every step of the way .   I wish that I never needed Toni's help but I'm so glad she was there when I did. Over the course of four years I received endless hours of support from Toni and her associates, Francis Agcaoili and May Mallari. Although there was a strong component of contract law to my case that needed to be dealt with before my case could be heard, it was never lost on this team that the real issue was the abuse I had endured at the first job I ever had. They were always sensitive to that and reinforced to me (at a very young age) that what happened to me was not right or normal. Toni in particular is a fierce advocate for women and made me feel protected throughout my time in arbitration as the only woman on my otherwise all-male legal team. Her presence gave me the strength I needed to speak my truth while the other side attempted to obliterate my character. Toni's commitment to doing the right thing, coupled with her fighting spirit, made all the difference in the world for my experience navigating this case. Beyond my own personal experience with her I want to note that Toni doesn't stop working once your case is resolved. She has gone on to advocate for changes to the law that would prevent other vulnerable workers from being exploited in the same ways that I was. This was done at her own expense and on her own time. I can talk endlessly about her character, her commitment to equal rights, and her ability to even make the experience of litigation fun sometimes. Nothing I say will do her justice though. I hope you don't need a lawyer. I hope you don't have to go through what I went through. But if you do, call Toni.

  Toni is literally the best. She helped me and my siblings win one of the biggest cases in Fresno against Kern County($30.5 million) to fight against police using excessive force which caused my father to be murdered. I will forever be thankful for toni and her team for fighting a long fight and bringing justice to the surface. Thank you 30 million times 🙂
