  The firm promptly returned my calls and emails. They were both courteous and professional in the handling of my case. I was able to make payments for the fee and each person I encountered there was supportive.

  I had to file because of owning 2 businesses I wasn't so well prepared for. When I had the first meeting with Mr. Orantes, he said something that stuck with me: "Part of the American Dream is having your own business, and that's what bankruptcy is for." Words to that effect, perhaps not verbatim. He, Norma, Robert Chen, and the rest of the staff always stayed in contact, always returned emails and phone calls promptly, had the patience to explain and reiterate things to me, expedited everything very efficiently and expediently. Overall an outstanding job.
