These guys don't deserve more than 1 star; I think many of these reviews below are fake. Let me explain you why?
I had a car accident on the freeway, total loss, two herniated discs; I ended up having nerve pain few days later. I dealt with 3 people from this firm; I will explain the process from all 3 of them.
First one was Max; he handled most of the treatment(chiropractor, MRI, Pain Management), I was dealing with him for over a year; during the entire year I asked him about my property claim, how much I was getting for the value on my car; he said that will be at the end of the case ( first lie).
Second Person was Deanna Reyes on litigation. First call I had with her, she came in hot.. lol telling me why we had a weak case, lying to me saying that I missed 1 month of treatment, (second lie)
That is when she realized Max never processed my property damage claim; she said Max was fired; I did not know.
After she processed Property Damage claim, I got a second Call from her (she used scare tactics to make me sign the settlement); she said they were not fighting the case no more and if I didn't sign by 5pm that day, the insurance agent will pull the settlement offer from table; which is another lie, that is not how settlement negotiations take place, so I hanged up on her.
I wasn't mad, I was ashamed and embarrassed; asking myself why I hired these people. Not sure how Deanna Reyes can lie to me this way.
Finally, Mark Kiran; he didn't call, he is too good for that. so he texted me about this; I told him, I will never sign a settlement offer if they did not guarantee anything to me; He bragged about how good his track record is when reducing medical bills and finally he says about 1/3 of the settlement is allocated for the customer. I was over with this already, so I decided to sign this just to get rid of this case and these people already.
After they reduced medical bills, they didn't even provided 1/3 of the settlement to me; I asked paralegal to talk to Mark about it, he said he never agreed to it, lmao.. even when I have his texts.
Mark is not a great negotiator at all, like most of the reviews below claim; once he sees he is getting a good commission, they stop the case right there and moves to the next one. They all work together to get rid of their customer as soon as they can.
When it comes about me, I still have pain from time to time on my back, but it is minimal.. I got Chiropractor, MRI, 3 steroid injections, and decided not to get surgery because all this time, I wasn't sure if the other insurance had enough to cover for it.. and most people ended requiring a second surgery after a couple years. I'm fine.. after all.
But definitely, don't hire these people; all they care is about their commission.

Talked to a Hispanic person on the phone who doesn't understand how to count very well.. I geuss idk.. she said I wasn't being very helpful
But the truth is.. her job is too complex for her.. she simply couldn't sync up 62 hrs and find out how many hours that was in a row..and how many days were between them 😳 😐
That's why u should let me tell that information to an actual attorney, not someone who is just setting up a consultation...
She said that I needed todo that for her.. njk
Then she said I need to call back and talk to someone else then she hung up on me

This attorney was a referral from Morgan and Morgan it was a case against my employer so not only did get shafted by my employer the lawyer took the settlement and left me with change. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE! They where sweet and understanding at the beginning and where not forth coming on there charges in the state of California 45% for the lawyer to charge is a lie because they took over 92% of the settlement. So much for caring about the little people. Anyone looking at hiring this Firm DONT. This has set me back and there only response was there was cost, so cost that the 45%? could not handle so you took another 47%. You are suppose to help the unfortunate already had an issue not take them for everything they have. You treat people not better then the employer. (The attorney that was referred is Moser Legal, Santa Monica CA) How can this be corrected
Very confusing. Mostly nice people. Two very rude people. Hard to figure out who was from where and what department in what state. Different information from different people. Two very nice and helpful young men, Tristan and Austin. The women answering the phone were very empathetic and trained well in customer service. Almost ALL the other firms had people answering the phones who were incredibly rude and a lot hung up on me. It's called empathy. Something everybody is lacking these days. People in need are coming to you for help, are scared, and desperate. Learn how to put yourself in their shoes. Get over yourself. I was left waiting for an answer for hours. It's now midnight and I was going to be a new client. This was the first firm on Google, I knew of them, and the first firm, after I called 450 since December, who actually was helping me, then left me hanging. Why won't any attorneys help??? Back to searching. Not representing the Morgan and Morgan brand.

This company was a failure for my partner and me. They gave up on our case because of their own mistake. We gave our information to this so-called good company/4 stars because of the reviews. Please don't let the reviews fool you. Big companies do not help small cases, even though they said they would. We had given our case to this company on November 2nd. The day we got t-boned by another car. Morgan & Morgan did nothing through November or December. Apparently, they were sending letters to the companies around our accident during November and December. But no, we noticed they had not given us any real information throughout all that time; we had to start pressing them for an answer. Well, they had none. NO letters were sent, but once we caught on, Ella texted that the letter was actually sent on January 2, 2026, and not in November or December like she kept saying they did. Crazy huh! Also, so that you know, Ella had no idea what she was doing. She couldn't even talk on the phone because she knew she dropped the ball. Once we started asking why nothing was being done, she began having others contact my partner and me. By that time, of course, the companies wouldn't have any videos. They sat on their ass and never reached out to the businesses around the time of our horrible accident until my bf and I noticed that they had been lying about looking for proof. If Veronica helps you, please know that she will only do the bare minimum, which is only to reach out to the insurance of the other party who hit us/you. When the other party denied the hit, she then assigned our case to another female named Ella, whom I mentioned earlier. Ella shared that they were working to get videos from businesses around where our accident occurred. Once again, they said they were doing their job. When Ella got back to us, she said there were no cameras in any of the businesses located in that area. At this time, I personally didn't believe it, so we started doing their work. Guess what, all 4 businesses around our accident had cameras. I personally drove back to that traumatic area and spoke to each company. Out of the 4, 3 were willing to help. Imagine if they had done their work right away, we could have had evidence that we got hit by the other driver. Now, after they never did anything, they kept saying they were going to keep helping us, right? But 2 days later, they let us go, and they tried to send us to another company they are connected to. By the way, when receiving all this information, Ella was nowhere to be found. She was probably behind the other female named TY, who said they would keep helping us, but dropped us two days later. Also, the person who officially dropped us was named Daniella. It took 3 women to lie and say we have a case, and then they dropped us. They just did the runaround, seeing who, I guess, had the guts to drop us—worst experience in my life. IF ANY OF YOU NEED A GOOD COMPANY DUE TO A CAR ACCIDENT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I have found so many good companies since they let us go. I wish we had never gone based on the so-called good reviews. Veronica, Ella, TY, and Daniella, hopefully, you all will be able to sleep at night because if I had to do what you do every day, I would be disappointed in myself, which you all should be. Morgan & Morgan takes cases just for money and not really to help people. If you have no evidence, they will do no work, they will lie, and they will drop you. I hope this helps the audience.
