- RSReed Stralka1 day ago1.0I get calls from these people everyday and they are sooooo annoying.. They must be super desperate for customers.. Its starting to feel like harassment at this point...they are just mad because I don't want them todo my case.. because they aren't very cooperative.. They think calling me everyday is going to make me want to work with them.. Exact opposite..
- ZSZoey Roosevelt 'student'5 days ago1.0They have great commercials. However, I just called to them regarding my vehicle accident where a driver rear-ended me. The Morgan and Morgan employee, at approximately 4:25 PM, sounded as if she had just awakened. Her communication didn't represent anything near that of the communications in their commercials. The commercials were upbeat and inviting. Her voice was as if she didn't want to talk or engage in any way. She even repeated two of the questions that I had already answered. Was she working off a script? After about five minutes of taking my information, which didn't include bodily or mental injuries, she told me, "We can't take your case." When asked what that decision was based on, her response was, "We just can't."
