- EMElizabeth de Moya2 days ago1.0I could not even get through the first call. When I was referred to them I called and a spoiled teenage girl answered the phone like she was at her dad's house. I asked to speak to someone about intake, which I had a referral for. She told me they were not available and to call back. She would not tell me when to call back. I tried to email the intake manager and she refused to respond to me because she is such a big celebrity. Then they called my former attorney and told her I was rude. I declined to use them and I have never heard of them. They seem really shady and deluded. I thought about it and it is possible they do not think they are famous, that she was just discriminating against me, and she assumed I was a mental health social services case without even asking. And that is why she thought it was acceptable to treat a prospective client like a child during the very first impression she made. And also it was retaliation for her to slander me to my former attorney because I stood up for myself. You see I have actually worked in customer service before. That is like going out of her way to hurt the client.
