Having Cohen Law Partners represent me to deal with the driver's insurance and my health insurance to get me the largest settlement possible was a godsend while I was at home with my elbow recovering after the surgery and afterwards with physical therapy. The team at CLP is very familiar with all the ins and outs of riding a bike in Los Angeles which is definitely not something that most legal firms in L.A. can say. The settlement I ended up getting more than covered all my troubles all thanks to the team at CLP, and they even waived their legal fees with my case being so cut-and-dried and the driver having minimal insurance.
