His suggestion was spot on and ended the problem. Didn’t cost a cent, but he kept checking in with me as the situation resolved, ready to be of assistance if I needed it. Seriously, something goes sideways again I’m calling Bill Davis right anway and pass up the 3 years of worry and frustration.

- RMR MJun 16, 20251.0Very bad experience with Anderson Bradshaw. The attorney was initially very engaged and provided clear actions the firm would take to resolve my issue. However, once I signed and paid the fee it was handed off to a paralegal and tax “advisor” who did very little. The paralegal did not seem to be aware of the proposed approach. Her communications were poor. They promised to negotiate the tax burden but did nothing more than complete a form. I asked for additional guidance and received no response. Do not hire Anderson Bradshaw! It is shame that a firm who claims to provide professional tax representation has such poor customer service.
