- STSteve ThompsonFeb 9, 20211.0Engaged them in January 2020 to assist with a quiet title action to remove an invalid mortgage from my property records. Signed up for their on-line self-help service for a monthly fee. Started out great, Susan was very responsive and helped get the process started. Then she stopped responding around April and left me hanging. Numerous calls and messages left with no call back. I had a hearing with the court and was totally unprepared due to not receiving the guidance that was promised. Very unprofessional to not even call back. Very disappointed with service. Paid the monthly fee for 1 year but only got assistance for about 3-4 months. I had to figure out how to proceed with the case by myself. Have tried calling the office to cancel account but only get an answering service and no return calls. I have to go to the credit card company to cancel the charges. Do not use this service!!
