  Engaged them in January 2020 to assist with a quiet title action to remove an invalid mortgage from my property records. Signed up for their on-line self-help service for a monthly fee. Started out great, Susan was very responsive and helped get the process started. Then she stopped responding around April and left me hanging. Numerous calls and messages left with no call back. I had a hearing with the court and was totally unprepared due to not receiving the guidance that was promised. Very unprofessional to not even call back. Very disappointed with service. Paid the monthly fee for 1 year but only got assistance for about 3-4 months. I had to figure out how to proceed with the case by myself. Have tried calling the office to cancel account but only get an answering service and no return calls. I have to go to the credit card company to cancel the charges. Do not use this service!!

  My Home was in default as I searched for answers on the internet I found Advocate legal and contacted them for a free phone consultation, I was impressed and pleased with Ms. Murphy prompt response in returning my call as time was of essence . I really appreciated being able to talk with her as I tend to get nervous with legal matter's; however, she was very professional and informative regarding the procedures of my case. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for a lawyer. she was very easy to communicate with. She was very upfront and answered my questions. Thank you..... Sheri Koziara

  I feel like the luckiest person in the world to have found Susan M Murphy in a desperate extensive internet search for a foreclosure litigation attorney over the Memorial holiday weekend!! There is no way to to say "thank-you" enough, or to express the depth of my gratitude for saving my neighbor's home from imminent foreclosure. I just hope someone reading this will be as lucky, to help oneself, or someone else in dire legal need. Her law firm "Advocate Legal" is so perfectly named, as Susan is truly an embodiment of the word "advocate"! First on the phone, and then in person, I saw almost immediately that by some feeling, or lucky star, I chose Susan Murphy, and (..Ding! We've got a winner!!)..I got it right! Susan is that attorney who is the compassionate crusader for your legal crisis. She has a very sharp legal mind, and can quickly assess your foreclosure predicament, and offer you the possible, probable, and most effective legal resolutions. Susan has a vast depth of experience in foreclosure litigation, and all it may entail. Combined with true sympathy and understanding, she easily and so kindly connects with those people in legal jeopardy, but with almost no legal understanding. Witnessing how much she cares, I could barely hold back the tears. But I did. And then I smiled, realizing, "Ah..I see. Susan really is an "advocate." I'm still smiling, I can sleep, and my neighbor's will keep their home. Happy ending :) Thank-you, Susan!!
