  I shunned bankruptcy for las long as I possibly could, careening into such financial twists that my first several calls to attorneys were practically hung up on. They told me nothing could be done, that I was screwed, that jail was a possibility. When I finally called Checkian I got none of that. Michael explained what my best courses of action were, the timing, the cost, exactly what I needed to provide information-wise, the possible snags and what the most likely outcomes would be. And his most-likely, best-case scenario was exactly how it worked out. Of course I needed to show up, pay attention and provide all necessary info, etc. but the result was flawless, far better than I’d hoped. His knowledge and experience speak volumes.
