  Gerry Maggio's firm was essential in supporting me through a legal separation. It took a great deal of stress off my mind to place my case in their hands. There's no price that can be paid to sleep soundly at night vs worry. They were not only professional and responsive, they helped avoid a costly trial through negotiated resolution. This made a tough situation manageable, and I appreciate their assistance in resolving my case.

  Spent over a year and maxed out credit card to retain Gerry and the associate he assigned to me. Never felt like a priority among the cases they were managing, and near the end had to push for a non-ideal divorce agreement to get a toxic ex that was abusing me to move out. Gerry's staff always made sure to bill me on time and even submitted their withdrawal from my case the same day I said I wasn't happy and would shop other attorneys - no follow up email, no confirmation, no parting thanks for the work. So there's that.

  I wouldn't wish a divorce upon anyone. If you have to get a divorce, you'll want a layer who will have your best interests at heart, will work with you through your case and support you through the process. Gerry Maggio and his team were outstanding. I couldn't have gotten through it without them.

  My divorce case was relatively easy but the quality of the service that I received from all the members of the team at Maggio Law Firm was as good as I can expect from anybody. Their knowledge of the law and their empathy with the client is superb.

  Gerald helped with a custody case where my son wanted to live with me in my home state. I had a lawyer in my home state and Gerald in CA. Gerald came highly recommended by my original lawyer. He reviewed my case and stayed on top of every filling needed. He was willing to discuss all of my options and never was I left feeling that my son's and my concerns were not addressed. If ever there was a question, he would respond almost immediately. I can say that I feel and observed he is a true professional and expert at what he does . Everything worked out for the best and I couldn't be happier with the support received.
