  Called in for representation. Gave all my info. Received a call back that the lawyer would like to take my case. I was busy with work. After trying multiple times to call back. Numerous voicemails. They never replied. Just ghosted me. Multiple attempts. Multiple days. Nothing. Now I am looking for another service provider.

  I reached out to the Geurts Law Firm at a real low in my life. At the time, I was really sick, being dismissed by my landlords regarding mold exposure, and was highly stressed as I didn’t know what to do. I had a myriad of ailments that I had never experienced until I moved into the apartment complex. However, after my first conversation with Phil, I knew that I was going to receive help. He believed me and had compassion for my situation. I appreciate all the support and direction that I received from Phil and Ethan. My paralegal, Kristin, read all my long-winded emails which asked numerous questions and she answered them promptly. The Geurts Law Firm continually advocated for me and that felt so great. We settled right before the new year of 2026. I now reside in a much better living environment and my health has improved significantly. I highly recommend the Geurts Law Firm; they are the best.   My name is Mr Lee Birmingham I don't usually do this because I don't think people read positive news I do have to say that this law firm is the most outstanding I myself thought most law firm don't have your best interest especially when you live by integrity but Ms.kristen Kirkwood had my back 100percent even though wicked people knocked at my door she stayed firm with me and she didn't jump ship she stood tall and went the time with me even blocked harassment hands down if you need a law firm to put you in the winner circle and you are honest and trustworthy then this is the law firm that you need to have your back this is coming from a person who doesn't do this type of stuff I would of just said you did what you have been paid to do .But naw I had to post this this law firm did that above and beyond

  Our landlord for months made excuses and just painted over black mold. We were getting sick and didn't know why we were tired and coughing everyday we were at our own home. We decided to call Mr. Geurts and his firm and thank God we did. He was a blessing that we needed. To say the least, he practically saved our lives. We now are out of our lease and have settled with the property management and landlord. Thank you Mr. Geurts for all that you have done.

  I can’t thank Phil Geurts and his team enough for everything they did for me and my family. What started as a very stressful and emotional situation with my landlord and property management turned into real relief and peace of mind thanks to their hard work and dedication. They were professional, responsive, and truly cared about getting the best outcome for us. Because of their efforts, we were able to move forward and finally put this difficult experience behind us.
