  As an individual, with a husband and pets, the last thing that we want is to run into a Property owner or landlords or even neighbors next door that don't care about you.   Mr. Geurts and Kristin are absolute legends!!! They’ve stood by me through every ounce of drama, blood, sweat, and man-child-induced tears. My landlord? A whole saga. Think verbally abusive, too cheap to contact his insurance, and somehow always hiding behind his “mommy”. Kristen stood up to him like a boss. I was in awe. Watching her advocate for herself and me was healing in itself. Even after the mold case wrapped, they STILL have my back, helping me deal with the never-ending chaos of this loser’s refusal to provide basic decency.
