  I was referred to this law office through our MetLife Legal Plan for assistance with a landlord-tenant matter. I provided all relevant documentation, including AB 1482 and supporting materials, which I believed made my request straightforward and not particularly time-consuming. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Paralegal Eric Sauve was dismissive, unprofessional, and appeared either unfamiliar with the applicable laws or unwilling to assist. Rather than offering guidance or support, he told me they were too busy and suggested I seek help elsewhere. I left the interaction feeling frustrated and disregarded.
