The staff were very professional and friendly. We were able to do a phone appointment within a reasonable time frame. Mr. Harshey was wonderful and answered all our questions. He could have convinced my elderly mother to hire him but was honest and told her it wasn’t necessary.

Nearly 6 months ago I walked into there office for consultation, ashamed, concerned, stressed, and never thought someone could take a huge finacial burden off my shoulders. I met with Alec Harshey and other staff members who made the situation very easy. The staff is extremely informative, prompt, and most of all; They truly care about doing everything they can to help. Martha Harshey and Sandey Fuerst, always answered the phone or they would call me back with in minutes and walk me through any questions I had no matter how many questions I had. Prices to file bankruptcy can be astronomical but their prices are very fair and you get more than what you pay for. I can honesty say Alec Harshey's office changed my life forever. I no longer have any debt, I don't have any stress, and walk knowing it's all thanks to the staff at Alec Harshey's office.
