  Great people with great service. They helped me understand the process very clearly. They connected me with me great doctors to help me manage my injuries and pain and help me get better. Claudia was very responsive and a joy to work with along with all of the other team members. I really enjoyed talking to Ben and discussing the case with him. I highly recommend Big Ben Lawyers without reservation.

  Helpful, thorough, communicative, patient, kind. There aren’t enough words to describe how this team took something so awful and guided me along step-by-step, updating me constantly, to an outcome I could smile about.   I had a motorcycle accident last year. The car driver didn’t had insurance and my uninsured motorist insurance had to cover me. From start to finish Big Ben was great. Very professional. They coach me how to talk to my own insurance and help me to get my case settled, so that I don’t get screwed over. My motorcycle accident was last year October. It took a whole year to process and work on my case till the final settlement. The girls in the office were very responsive. There were so many departments involve. They always answered my questions even when I thought I was forgetting! But it was the hospitals that took forever to mail them all the documents, receipts and statements they needed to proceed. At the end of the day , I got what I expected and I was please with the outcome. This was my first accident that happened to me that I needed lawyers to fight for me. I would definitely hire Big Ben again. 5***** service.
