I reached out to them for a consultation, a straightforward process you'd assume. To my absolute disbelief, they instantly assumed I was a spam caller without any verification or even a simple query to clarify. Without so much as an apology or an attempt to understand who I was or why I was calling, they blocked my number immediately. Yes, you read that right. A business that's supposed to be providing a service blocked a potential customer, without giving the matter any sort of reasonable thought. This kind of knee-jerk reaction and utter lack of professionalism raises serious concerns about the company's practices and their approach to customer service. If they can't even handle a simple phone call with a modicum of respect or courtesy, how can they be trusted with more complex tasks and responsibilities? I would not recommend this firm to anyone, under any circumstances. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for services that come with actual professionalism and basic courtesy.
