  Barbara Dibble deserves more than 5 stars! We found Barbara on the internet; she just sounded "right". She actually came to our house to meet our 101 year-old mother who had requested some changes to her trust. Barbara was kind, patient, and professional. She made sure our mother understood all issues before signing the paperwork. Mom passed away several months after our meeting, and Barbara became my new best friend: I am the successor trustee for the trust, and there is no way I could have accomplished all the necessary paperwork and red tape that always go with settling a trust. Barbara Dibble always has time for me, her rates are reasonable, her knowledge is massive, and she knows all the right people. I am so glad she is on my side.

  In the aftermath of his death, last year my late Uncle's will named me as his Executor and personal representative. Being new and unfamiliar with this important role and the legal probate process, a work colleague recommended that I meet with Barbara Dibble. After our initial meeting it was clear that I wanted to retain her services as she was forthright and concise about probating my Uncle's estate. In due course I was able to file with the court to receive Letters Testamentary which were crucial in authorizing me as official Executor to act on behalf of my Uncle's estate. Barbara aptly guided me through the process in which there were some unforeseen hurdles and external challenges that could have jeopardized the heir's estate. I am appreciative for the calm and reassuring counsel that I received from Barbara. Gratefully, because of her advice, one year later we are close to resolving the estate and hopefully will be distributing proceeds to the heirs within the next few months. As Executor, I could not have successfully navigated through the legal bureaucracy had it not been for Barbara Dibble. Her thorough understanding of the probate process -- and more importantly understanding human behavior in general -- was reassuring to me and the heirs. I unequivocally give her the highest accolades and recommend her to any "novice" Executor. She is truly a professional and has become a good friend in this process. Thank you Barbara!
