- GGG-LoNov 6, 20195.0I would not have my disability benefits if it were not for Robert Rosati at ERISA Law Center. When I initially filed my claim for disability benefits, I was denied. I tried, on my own to appeal, but to no avail. Trying to deal with my disability insurance company on my own felt like a losing battle. I called ERISA Law Center for help and they immediately took action, and, got my disability benefits awarded. Then, after several years on claim, my disability company alleged that I was able to return to working and revoked my benefits. Again, Robert and ERISA Law Center immediately took action. They submitted an extensive appeal which was denied by the insurance. At that point, Robert gave me all of the options that were available and thoroughly explained everything to me. We decided to move forward with a law suit against my disability insurance company. It was a long process but Robert and his staff at ERISA Law Center were constantly on top of every single detail and my questions and concerns were always answered honestly and completely, even when it was after their working hours or on the weekends. They were always sympathetic and understanding regarding the stress, medical conditions, and financial conditions that people with illnesses and disabilities live with and endure. On my own, there is no way I would have ever been able to deal with my disability insurance company. I am beyond grateful to say that Robert Rosati and ERISA Law Center WON the law suit against my disability insurance company, got my benefits reinstated, and also made sure that I was paid retroactively from the date that they my benefits were stopped.
