  I cannot recommend Mark Deniz highly enough! He and his team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated throughout my case. From the very beginning, Mark took the time to thoroughly understand my situation and provided clear, concise guidance at every step. I was definitely a difficult client at times in terms of being very overwhelmed and emotional in some parts, but Mark and his team were very assuring that they were working behind the scenes and it showed in the end. On October 22nd, I was charged with a felony hit-and-run and arrested—my future and everything I had worked for felt like it was at stake. Mark was not only exceptional at communicating but also went to bat for me while expertly balancing the needs of his other clients. Fast forward to today, we achieved the best possible outcome: no jail time, no fines, dropped to a misdemeanor with a possible expungement as early as December next year, and only summary probation. Mark is not only a phenomenal attorney but also an even better human being who genuinely cares about his community and the good people of San Diego County. His dedication, compassion, and professionalism set him apart. I can now be at peace in knowing our investment payed off.   Can not recommend Mark Deniz enough, he was able to provide his expertise immediately and over the phone. He is extremely accommodating to all, and will work with you on payment plans. if you are reading this give him a chance before you consider anyone else.

  Mark took great care of me. He initially lowered my charge to a wet reckless and then later had it expunged from my record. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
