    I had a disappointing experience with Robert. He contacted our office and conducted himself in a way that was both inappropriate and concerning. Rather than maintaining a professional tone, he repeatedly cited his law firm and legal background as leverage, which felt more like intimidation than collaboration. He also hung up on us. While we always strive to maintain open and respectful communication, the tone and approach used in this situation were unprofessional and unnecessary. If this is reflective of how matters are handled within the firm, I would be cautious in recommending their services.

    My husband and I met with Mr. Firth for the purpose of a living trust. He explained everything in detail and patiently answered all our questions.
