  RUN—don’t walk—away from this firm. My experience has been beyond unacceptable. Senior attorneys and staff alike fail totally unacceptable for someone that understands the law yet this whole firm breaks the law daily.Now, instead of taking responsibility, it appears efforts are being made to silence truth by flagging reviews rather than fixing the underlying problems. That alone says everything. If you value transparency, integrity, and actual legal advocacy, look elsewhere. This firm does not reflect the standards they claim to uphold. Do your research. Protect yourself. No Ariel you only use the system as a weapon And break the law everything you’ve done is illegal and you know it. That’s why you send out coercive settlements to silence rather than a legitimate opportunity to fix baseless evictions which is a crime forcing people to sign under duress in order to avoid loosing their homes which is not what eviction means. In fact this review is not only about eviction but how you forfeit peoples homes!

My review reflects documented actions and court filings showing repeated procedural delays, misrepresentations, and failure to uphold lawful tenant protections. This is not about being "unhappy with the outcome" - it is about accountability for actions that appear to violate transparency and the law. I encourage anyone reviewing this firm to consider verified court records and firsthand documentation rather than only accepting the firm's one-sided summary.

  This review is for the former and current business names: Loftin|Bedell Law Firm and Bedell Law Firm, including attorneys Sue Loftin, Ariel Bedell, and April Roberts. Based on my experience, this firm has not been transparent in their practices. Your response is false. I have seen firsthand documented evidence of your firm’s delays, misrepresentations, and practices that undermine transparency and tenant protections. Saying I am “not known to the Firm” doesn’t erase the facts. Readers should review the actual evidence, not your one-sided spin.

  Bypass this firm. You DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF THEM !!! Run away. They need to get disbarred . I appreciate your perspective, but my review was not about the eviction itself. It was about documented retaliatory and unlawful actions taken by your firm, As an attorney, you swore to uphold the law.

  All statements in my review are truthful and supported by documented evidence, including instances of retaliatory actions, interference with the sale of my property, and improper conduct related to the eviction process. While I did ultimately resolve the issues claimed, the notices you refer to were issued in exchange for waiving my rights, rather than to provide a genuine opportunity to cure. I can provide all supporting documentation if you wish to review it. Transparency and acknowledgment of the facts are important here. Would you like me to add proof here counsel?
