- ACAlan ClarkMar 18, 20222.0I can't recommend these lawyers. Initially, Aditya was very nice and probably a significant reason why we chose to go with them. However our experience wasn't good. We had one financial document for one financer we needed to have done. Initially we were told this should take 2-3 hours. We were given one contract that frankly looked like an outdated template, and when speaking with Aditya, he had admitted he was unfamiliar with certain parts and copied and pasted certain sections. This was fine with us, as a guideline for our final contract. I was initially told this took a couple hours, and before he'd do more research, we should talk with the financer about a couple questions so Aditya wouldn't need to do research. This made sense to us. When we had our next conversation with Aditya however we learned the time spent was claimed to be 5+ hours now (no further changes had been done). Not only this, but Aditya said he hadn't looked at our notes at all that had been sent a couple days earlier, so our meeting ended up being an hour of going over the notes that I'd already sent. On top of this, David (who we learned was more experienced with financial agreements), was supposed to be on the call, and never showed up. So the majority of our call was going over notes we'd already sent, and Aditya telling us he'd have to check in with David about answers. It was unfortunate, because we liked Aditya, but he didn't seem to have the experience to properly answer our questions, and had to ask far too many questions from David. Later, we found ourselves charged for 5.6 hours, for that template, and they claimed they spent another 4.6 hours which they "generously" weren't going to charge us for. Unfortunately, this lead to us needing to cut ties with them leaving only with a overpriced template, and a lot of charges which appear to be Aditya asking David questions that quite frankly I'd expect an experienced financial attorney charging what we were paying should know off the top of their head. We think Aditya was genuinely a nice guy, and maybe David just had clients he took as more of a priority, but those things shouldn't come at the expense of their clients.
