Bridging Life Transitions With Experienced Legal Support.
For 30-plus years, I have helped people bridge the gap through challenging family transitions or personal injuries. As a certified family law specialist, I have experience that spans all methods of resolving family law disputes and personal injury cases, from litigation to mediation and more.
Clear communication is a cornerstone of my practice. I want clients to feel supported and understood throughout the legal process. I work directly with them, forging strong relationships based on trust. Clients appreciate the determination, resilience and commitment I bring to their cases. I truly listen to them and care about helping them build a better life.
My friend highly recommends me to her.
I have a response to the posting of Brandon Martin, from a family to another family:
Use your discontent and anger to help your client fight for the child.
If men so loved their children that they would do anything, then do anything!
Keep your spouse, don't divorce.
You do anything means to treat her how you would when you first met her, no matter how she responds.
Set boundaries if she is too mean.
I would feel so happy for the child if the parents would seriously do anything.
To stay together, say kind words.
Happiness is through sacrifice, not lips talks.
Anger is good to motivate sacrifice, on the right place!
I wish for your child the very best!

She has the potential to cost you thousands of dollars in time and money, just to destroy your case and integrity. She is the least professional person we have ever dealt with and will literally throw fits when she can't manipulate results or harmful targets. She put herself and her client at direct risk of countless counts of contempt and broader ethics violations ,while trying to dehumanize how real consequences ultimately play-out. She has no moral or professional compass, and we will certain contribute direct photo and video evidence to this review. Even if you have no other choice, you're probably better off going it alone; at least you won't pay yourself to lie to and harm yourself.

Sunena Sabharwal met with me via Zoom for a consultation on a prenup, since my fiance and I were not sure whether we wanted or needed one and had a lot of questions. She gave a very thorough explanation of the details and CA-specific things to take note of regarding divorce law, and answered all my questions. We ended up going over our allotted hour but she was very patient. Based on her insight, we decided that a prenup was not necessary for our situation, but if we ever need a post-nup or other legal agreement, we would definitely go to Ms. Sabharwal as she is patient, knowledgable, and a good advocate for her clients.

I would like to thank Sunena for demonstrating personal attention to all the details of my case and helping me feel more at ease throughout the process. I found her to be highly responsive, knowledgeable, and very honest about all details concerning my case. Before I sought help from Sunena, I spent an enormous amount of money for an emotional battle that made the entire legal process more stressful. I feel grateful to have had the privilege of working with Sunena, and if you're looking for a trustworthy, honest, and dedicated attorney in Family Law, I would highly recommend her.
