  I want to express my deepest gratitude to Danielle and her exceptional team at this law firm. They went above and beyond in handling both of my children's education cases. Last year, I first reached out regarding my daughter, now a 5th grader, who showed signs of a learning disability but had been denied an IEP. During that call, I also brought up my son, a 12th grader who had already started his senior year. I almost didn’t mention him because I had been told so often that nothing could be done—but I’m so glad I did. After reviewing both of their school records, Danielle offered to represent both of my children. I was shocked that anything could still be done for my son at that point, but she assured me it wasn’t too late—and she was right. My son had once been evaluated for a 504 plan, but denied. He had never been evaluated for an IEP, despite years of me raising concerns. I often told his teachers that his ADHD was interfering with his education, and he even went through a phase of depression. Still, no one ever suggested an evaluation. In fact, the school team talked me out of pursuing a 504 plan entirely. They planted the idea in my head that he was just being lazy or careless, and for a long time, I believed them. I didn’t even know it was possible to hire a lawyer to help with these kinds of situations. Thanks to Danielle’s hard work, my son was finally found eligible for a 504 Plan. Even though he was nearing the end of his senior year, she was able to get him the support he should have had all along. He was granted an extension to make up for missing assignments and complete his coursework. Against all odds, we were informed just two days before graduation that he would, in fact, be graduating. It was an emotional and unforgettable moment for our family. Danielle also ensured that my daughter received a thorough evaluation. She was finally diagnosed with surface dyslexia and qualified for an IEP. On top of that, both of my children received compensatory education funds—my daughter is now receiving tutoring outside of school, and my son is attending a trade school program in HVAC that fits his learning style and needs, especially as a student with ADHD. Finding this law firm online was truly a blessing. Danielle fought aggressively and compassionately to get justice and support for my children.   I cannot thank Edwin Egelsee enough for his help with my sons IEP case, the school district was pushing back not giving my son what he needed to be successful and no matter what I did they would give me the bare minimum. I finally reached out to Mr. Edwin Egelsee and I was so happy to have someone fight for my sons rights with me. The process was smooth and easy, Mr. Egelsee and his team walked me through each step and always answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him and his team! Don't wait! Fight for your child's right to a fair education, it is 100% worth it!
