  My grandma passed away in 2023.. since then I have been dealing with my grandma estate with RBC royal bank with OLYA lessan.. for the last few years I have been told so many different stories on why my grandmother estate is taking so long. Lack of communication, lack of empathy to help. Finally my dad gets involved and magically they have answers.. interesting. I have been told over and over again the money will be released.. it’s been over 2.5 years now. I’m Surprised my grandma chose a bank so incompetent it’s disgusting.. I doubt anytime soon I will get my money as the longer they take the more money they make. ( Which is true). If you look at the reviews most of them are all bad ones… you can tell how bad this company is. Anyways don’t waste your time with RBC royal bank all you will get is a headache. And not worth the time.

  NEVER TRUST ROYAL TRUST WITH YOUR ESTATE! They lost our family potentially hundreds of thousands due to mismanagement of the estate. They sold their service to us as though they had expertise in dealing with businesses and they allowed our uncles business fall apart.

  My dad passed away. My mom had Alzheimer’s. My dad had a bank account put aside for me because I had cancer. I was going through radiation and chemotherapy, and I was taking care of them. My brother found out about it after My dad passed away three days after my dad passed away the bank. Also keep in mind that my mom had older. My brother didn’t go into the bank. He sent my brother soon to be wife. Into the bank to close down the account, they will not tell me where that money went. Also, I did half her job while when mom was alive. She told me to go to the bank. At Christmas time because she had her accounts frozen because the Alzheimer so she had an allowance and she wanted to take out some money for Christmas presents so I had to drive from Maple Ridge to Abbotsford, then to Coquitlam to the Royal Bank to find out once I took my mom there that I was reported for elderly abuse because they thought I was stealing money off my mom account and the road trustee that was supposed to contact the Rob bank and Coquitlam didn’t so they froze her accounts for four months you think that the road trustee would’ve fixed the problem right away saying it was a misunderstanding no no she did not. Mom passed away. money went missing who do you think she went and accused me and I told her I was the only one supporting her out of my other three brothers, somewhere stealing off of her anyways Long story short it’s been over a year and a bit now and the world bank still won’t give me my brother inheritance and they’re also holding back 400,000 for parent tax reasons for that one out. They’re the worst people to ever deal with I went in and sat down and talk to her. Lisa the Royal trustee, she laughed in my face and rolled her eyes, and I was escorted out of the building by security because I stuck up for myself If anybody thinks about doing their will or inheritance, whatever run for the hills when it comes to the Royal Bank

  Royal Trust as Trustee refused to provide resources for medical care for the beneficiary. Royal Trust spent an exorbitant amount of the Trust monies on legal fees in acts of discrimation. The beneficiary has filed a BC Human Rights Tribunal complaint due to the denial of medical services. Royal Trust before BC Supreme Court to explain why they spent excessive monies on legal fees.
