  Very disappointing experience, everything was working incredibly great when miss Bao started my application for PR, but due to unexpected circumstances (company closure from my side) and then eTA cancelled I didn’t hear anymore from them. Even when I requested orientation to fix my situation, I ended figuring out by myself, I tried again to contact by phone call and mails but I just got an “Okay we will give her your message” from the front desk. Would be better to tell me that they were not longer available or something like that instead of ignoring me.
