  Joel Chorny ....where do I even begin? Absolutely thorough and definitely surpasses expectations. If ever in need,go to Joel. I don't trust easy but Joel blew me away with how well he explains and listens. I've recommend him to close family friends and to my family as well. You won't be disappointed. He's amazing at what he does and lll forever be thankful.

  Extremely professional, thorough, competent, transparent, and kind. Hard to explain the feeling other than "this guy actually cares." Not a mushy touchy-feely caring--that's not an attorney's job. More like a, "my life is falling apart and he's maybe the only person I can rely on" caring. Warrior energy without being a jerk. Joel came highly recommended by other attorneys with whom I spoke. He knows what he's doing and he's a safe pair of hands. He took the time to thoroughly explain all my options and his approach. When I probed him, he even explained some of his philosophy behind his practice, giving me some depth that I found helped build trust. Seeing him in action even changed some of my own worldview for the better without intending to. I recommend Mr. Chorny's services without reservation.

  Joel is a very well-versed defense attorney and I would recommend him without hesitation. Joel is compassionate, very easy to talk to, listens and communicates well. These are all super important if you are talking with someone who has gotten caught up in the criminal justice system. Another thing people don't always think about is just how important it be that an attorney be perceived well by his peers. Joel is very well-respected by the judges (think how important that is) and prosecutors (also very important)! His previous experience as a public defender is just part of what he has in his wealth of knowledge: not just of the law, but of the system. It can be uncomfortable and embarrassing to talk to anyone about something that has gotten someone tangled up in the legal system. Joel puts anyone at ease and has as a mission to make people fear the criminal justice system less- and this is clear by his demeanor and outcomes.
