However, Susan's professionalism, confidence, and grace under pressure put my mind at ease. Several times throughout the process she went the extra mile to ensure to get the best result possible for me. One of the many things I appreciated about Susan was her responsiveness; she was always quick to get back to me, sent me documents within minutes of receiving them, and made time to meet with me when the situation called for it. She firmly squashed any attempts by the other side to be unreasonable or shady (and believe me they tried). Susan and Cheryl were my dream team, I do not believe I would have had a successful outcome with any other lawyer.
