  Although my case has not reached final settlement and the outcome is unknown, I just wanted to say a few things about Matthew Schultz. He is a hands on attorney that personally involves himself in your case. I have very little assets or financial capability and Matt still put 110 percent into my case. He is super communicative and typically responds to emails in under an hour and almost always answers the phone personally if not in court. He is a machine as he works through your case. He may be a bit more pricey than most but the fact that he works so fast and doesn't have paralegals, you get twice as much for your money. Also he doesn't charge for every single phone call or email. I thoroughly enjoyed being in court with him. He is aggressive and assertive in court to the point where I almost felt bad for my spouse on the receiving end. I thoroughly feel like I made the best possible choice for an attorney to represent me.

  I personally didn’t use Matt but my niece did and without getting the judge’s ruling yet I can still say he’s an amazing hardworking invested atty. He took on a high conflict case with a few days to prepare and he killed it. He knows what he’s doing and he is, without a doubt, built for this. I highly recommend him because no matter how her case turns out he did everything possible with very little time. I’m truly amazed how he handled her case.

  Matt is the BEST thing that ever happened to our family. We were referred to Matt by a friend of ours after we had told her how displeased we were with our previous lawyer. I feel like we came to Matt with a hot mess of a situation, but that never seemed to phase him. Matt is attentive, professional, responsive, thorough, honest and a total badass in the court room. He is incredibly fast when it comes to communication and that made things a lot easier on us when we were wanting answers/explanations quickly. Although most things are via video conference right now, watching Matt in front of the judge was amazing and I am sure it would have been even better in an in person setting. To say we are thankful for Matt is an understatement. Hiring him as our attorney was the best decision we ever made. Even if we hadn't won our family case, we knew he did absolutely everything in his power to help us. Of course in the end we did come out on top, but even if we didn't we still were so very pleased with his legal services. Matt is worth every penny spent and we would do it all over again to achieve what we did last week. Thanks again Matt. We are eternally grateful! -Nick & Sam Waclawik

  Over the last 8 months Matt has represented me in my Family Law case. From the beginning Matt was up-front and honest with me about everything and answered every question I had. He was fair in how he treated me, and worked hard in and out of the court room to get the best results possible. He greatly exceeded my expectations and was able to do more for me than I thought possible. I have recommended Matt to coworkers and friends who are in need of help and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again if needed.
