  Literally wish i would have went with a different accident lawfirm. Morgan and morgan DEFINITELY is not for the people. Worst experience EVER workers are lazy , rude and definitely lackcommunication and they will ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY. i went almost 3 years of working on a case with me and my 3 kids . 6 different "Case workers" and 3 different attorneys. My accident was in june 2023 and till this day i have not seen 1 dime. Then they tell me last minute i wont be seeing any of the kids money until their 18??? Like then what was the point of fighting for a case when im IN NEED of money but yet they had me sign off for a check so they can enjoy their part ??? Crazy work last court date was in December due to "Convertership" (Which other parent isnt active) went thru with court and everything sign off the check and never heard back again. So atp i FEEL ROBBED FORSURE. !

  I have had an ongoing case with Morgan & Morgan for about four years, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. Every time my mediation date gets close, I receive a call just days before telling me that it has been canceled or rescheduled again. I understand that delays can sometimes happen in legal cases, but when it happens repeatedly at the last minute, it starts to feel like my time and my case do not matter. Preparing for mediation is stressful enough, and having it constantly pushed back with little explanation has been very discouraging. After waiting this long, I believe clients deserve clear communication and transparency about what is causing the delays and what the real timeline looks like. At this point, I simply want answers and for my case to finally move forward instead of continuing to be rescheduled. I hope this review encourages better communication and more consideration for clients who are trusting the firm to handle their cases and keep them informed.
