Currently looking for the "owner" of this company. His name is John Cox. I recently gained access to my electronic court documents and was able to see that an affidavit of service was filed by him on 2 separate occasions, just days apart. I have personally served my ex-husband 3 separate times and the paperwork turned in by John Cox does not look legal. He was supposed to be serving me, yet has my ex-husband's name was in the place where my name should have been. Also, his license number is not on the form. Looking up the phone number provided on the affidavit, the number belongs to his wife/ex-wife and is no longer in service. This is very sketchy and I am simply trying to get to the bottom of this situation.

Very poor experience. They went dark on me, didn't provide any updates for over 2 months. I just got notified that my case will be dismissed if I can't prove that the defendant has been served in the next 14 days. They've put me in a really bad pinch. Can't recommend these guys.

I paid in April for a serve, 0 attempts made to serve the person and they don't pick up the phone or respond to emails. Do not use Jackson/John. They also use multiple different names on Google and just scam people out of money.

This process server took $650 without once attempting to serve the other party. Im filing a police report and a license action. Look at Yelp reviews before proceeding and please be cautious as he now won't respond to calls, emails ot texts.
