  The Sotelo Law Group took great care of my case. From the beginning to the very end. I got constant updates on my case, without ever needing to reach out to them. The office personal was very lovely and Mr. Sotelo was wonderful. I got much more than I anticipated for my settlement and feel that the Sotelo Law Group fought for me every step of the way!   This Law Group deserves "negative" stars. Even a zero is too much for them. My attorney recommended this group to a close friend of mine. We are in California, and he said she needed someone in AZ since her accident took place there while vacationing. These people sat on her case for almost 2 whole years. Each time she asked how her case was going, they told her it was moving forward. Today 11/30/2023 she was informed by another firm (one Sotelo partnered with to do the litigation part of this case) she was told they would not be proceeding with her case as they do not see a way to win. BUT that she is welcome to and should see if another attorney might take her case, with a ‘minor detail’ she would just have to move quickly as she only has 20 days before the statute of limitation expires. Where is she going to find someone to take her case in less than 3 weeks??? In December, during the holidays! This is uncalled for. They had to know this was not a case they could win. They had to know a LONG time ago. Even a year ago! What a disservice they have done to this poor woman. Unacceptable. BEWARE of Sotelo Law Firm. The firm they partnered with was the one that called to inform my friend. Sotelo did not have the courage to call themselves! Upon learning this terrible news, my friend called Sotelo Law Firm, while I was with her and Claudia the receptionist acted dumb and rude, she had no words, no answers to our questions. She must have told Daniel about the call because Daniel finally called. He was never available before. But now that he realized his client was upset, he found time to call back. smh One thing is for sure, we reap what we sow.
