  Stay Clear Away From Roman A Kostenko. He will work with Oksana Holder ( Scottsdale Family Law), who will do anything and everything to absolutely drain her clients until they cannot pay. They will take the retainer, get agreements signed and then do everything to stretch the case out. In the End, the client is then suggested to go to Roman.... Who then digs this never ending rabbit hole even further. He will not defend you in live court hearings ( This I witnessed), he will advise you that the judge absolutely hates his client in order to get Her to cave. I use the adjective " Her" , because this Man is a complete vulture. He will 100% take advantage of Women who are immigrants. He is verbally abusive to His clients, I have seen these emails, I have heard the conversations, I have witnessed the court performance. He will not write your counter-offer, and then charge you for what the opposing Attorney has offered and drafted. Do not, Do not pay this man. He is a vulture. If you are person looking for someone to defend you, fight for you, negotiate for you-- This Person will BLEED YOU DRY! Let me tell anyone who is reading this- I have the Receipts to show. Dare to prove it to be a lie! Do yourself a favor a stay away from this Firm, you will be sucked dry and take an ever bigger loss than the loss of your Relationship/Family and Home. You have been warned! ** Added note for the European and Russian Language Speakers. He'll use Google Translator to Translate. Then He will; 1- Charge you for that service ( to the tune of $289) and 2- Communicate with the Courts that he has translated appropriately.

  If you are looking for a defense attorney, Roman is not an option. I never received any follow up so maybe his workload is too heavy? I cannot speak for his other services.

  I wish I hired Roman sooner for Family Court. He is honest, professional, well prepared, open minded, strategic and doesn't back down. I appreciate Roman a lot and since the hearing was done, he will check on his client to see how everything is holding up. He doesn't treat me like a paycheck like some lawyers will do. What ever questions I had, I emailed him no matter the time of the day it was, he always respond. I can honestly go on and on about Roman and how he helped me and how grateful I am to him. If you are looking for someone that will fight for you and I really mean fight for you, Roman is your man!

  Mr. Kostenko has been very effective, helpful and informational throughout my case. If you need legal advise and a good attorney for a divorce or custody then I would recommend Roman.

His knowledge, his experience, his cold mind, professional attitude, hard work done on time and step by step on all legal procedures, his fierce speech in front of judge made impossible and improbable things happened! We got the kind of settlement that we consider a big victory in this case. Don't think twice if you need a knowledgeable, intelligent, convincing, courteous but still aggressive lawyer.
