  Alicia was one of the most heartfelt people I've ever met. Her and her team facilitated a very smooth process and we're very quick in getting the job done. In my opinion there is no other personal injury attorney in Arizona a person should have to use, other than Alicia at Ely Bettini Ulman Rosenblatt Ozer. If I ever need someone for an injury, even though I hope I dont, there is only 1 phone number I need, and she is on speed dial.   My husband passed away 10 years ago and I contacted Burt Rosenblatt, to represent me and our daughters and I cannot be happier to have had him and Mr Ulman on our side, not only did they do a phenomenal job with our case but they care about you on a personal level. Burt was someone that helped me through a very hard time in our lives and I still check in from time to time with him and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone! Very caring and personable but also very professional and great at his job!!

  My daughter passed away 5 years ago due to medical issues resulting from substandard care. We contacted Burt Rosenblatt because we wanted the issues that led to her death corrected so no one else would have to experience the pain our family has endured. I have always been skeptical of attorneys and was hesitant to reach out. I found a compassionate, knowledgeable, professional gentleman who managed not only our case, but kept in mind the fact that we were people, not just a job. He was honest with us and advised us when to pursue issues and when to settle. He easily could have milked the situation and inflated his fee, but he explained to us, in detail, each step, and the probable outcome. To find an attorney so brilliant, yet so caring was a miracle during our time of grief. We were more than pleased with our representation and the outcome of our case. I cannot recommend him high enough!
