  I previously rated this company at a 5 star but that is before starting the case... If you have a small case don't even attempt to contact this firm it will be a waste of time. I have a slip and fall case that happened 4 months ago, besides missing work, tearing my miniscus, and getting injections in my knee I did not meet the criteria for their assistance. Now the fact that they are not taking my case doesn't bother me it's the fact that it took 4 months before you dropped me. They have commercials stating they care about the little guy and making a difference and the dollar amount doesn't matter all they care about is helping but the reality is it's not true you really don't care about they little guy and the amount does matter. You wasted 4 months of my time when you know within 30 days if not sooner wether the case is worth it. You take 40% for the case if won but then waste time leading us to believe you would help knowing your not and refer us out. Very unprofessional very rude and not recommended for the little guy.
