I didn't call the police, I didn't go to the hospital, I didn't take pictures of my car or the truck that hit me!! But,, most of all I waited almost 2 years before hiring an attorney. I wasn't going to sue. I thought the insurance company would be fair, after all their client rear-ended me at a red light! I had just had cervical neck fusion 4 months prior to being hit. The insurance would give me a decent award based on that fact alone, right? Nope! 6400.00 dollars is what they offered me and they stood firm. So, I started looking for an attorney. Several weren't interested because of the time gone by, no police report, my car wasn't smashed to smithereens either. Then I found Nate. He took my case, and made no promises. Yet, he still took my case on contingency. He told me many times "don't get your hopes up". I finally asked him why do you keep telling me that? That's not what you said when I hired you. And he said that way, hopefully it will turn out better than you expect, then your hopes will be met. Well,,, my hopes were met well beyond 6400.00. Let's just say I have new hope! So, if your looking for a lawyer who answers his phone, or returns your call. Does everything he can to get all you deserve, and doesn't let you get your hopes up beyond expectations, so hopefully he can deliver more than you were expecting! Then Nate is your man, and I highly recommend him!
