- NGNicole GallegosFeb 27, 20141.0Their paralegal Ramiro is so unprofessional and rude. He talks over a person when they are trying to explain something. He made me feel bad for being a single mom and questioned my income. When I asked to speak to an actual lawyer he cut me off and threatened to disconnect the call. I might have had a judgement placed on me but I am still a person and deserve respect. Way to go Marc for hiring a real winner.
