- AIAli IJun 6, 20251.0Marc S. Gladner and Crosby & Gladner PC falsely destroyed my driving reputation by abusing the legal system to include me in a default judgment I had nothing to do with. The original case involved my ex-wife, who was struck by a reckless driver who ran a red light and appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Despite this, she was blamed for the accident. No proper evidence was collected about the other driver’s behavior — possibly due to bias from law enforcement against us as Muslims. A default judgment was later entered against her. At the time of the judgment, I was her husband. I had no involvement in the incident and was given no chance to respond. Yet Mr. Gladner and his firm used Arizona’s community property laws to include me solely to enforce payment. As a result, my driver’s license was suspended for nearly 3 years, severely impacting my work, income, and freedom. This injustice could have been completely prevented by Safeway Insurance, who acted in bad faith by denying coverage and wrongly assigning fault to my wife. So much for “Safeway” — it was more like UnsafeWay. Their failure to honor their obligations triggered the entire chain of events that harmed me. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit to hold these parties accountable. Unfortunately, I have little faith in a system that has already failed me.

I live in New Jersey now so I was waiting for my paperwork in the mail. After 2 months, I tried calling every day until I finally got a hold of some idiot "who couldn't find my file". No apologies or anything. He then called me back and told me it hadn't been sent yet. I asked if he could electronically send it to me and he got extremely rude and started speaking to me horribly. He then hung up on me and told me I was a defendant, not a client and my opinion didn't matter. I asked to speak to an actual lawyer and he wouldn't put me on the phone with anyone who mattered and kept interrupting me. What a sad little man Romero must be.
