  Kathy was always very quick to respond and make herself available to us whenever we wanted to look at homes even if it was last minute. She is professional and if you want someone who doesn't pressure you into a sale, Kathy would be your best realtor. I felt like I was working more with a friend then someone I had just met. She will give you her honest opinions and get you the home that fits you and your lifestyle best in your budget.

  Kathy Lee is terrific. I've known her as an agent for 4 years. I personally have been looking to buy a home in Lake Havasu for when i retire. Each time i visit there, Kathy Lee has been so attentive to me, showing me properties that would suit my needs and budget. I would tell anyone who is considering to buy in Lake Havasu to call on Kathy Lee. Over the years of knowing her, we have become friends. She is honest and very trustworthy.

  Kathy was extremely helpful and friendly. Gave all of my info over the phone and picked up my documents in just a few hours. Location is easy to find and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

  Office is not marked but inside a real estate office. Waited 15 min for the only person in office that handed bonds, while she was on the phone on a rather informal call.
